CHECK FOR ELIGIBILITY AND FILL UP THE MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

Before accomplishing the forms, check for eligibility first. Applicants must be at least second year college with good moral background. This is done so that agents adhere to the company’s commitment of providing honest and reliable business to its clients and business partners. Once okay, you can now ask a soft copy of the application form and start filling in the needed personal data.

‘SPONSOR’ INTERVIEW THE APPLICANT THRU A VIDEO CALL FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION

A ‘sponsor’ refers to the person who sends the invitation or someone that the applicant approach with to enjoin himself. A photo of the video call/online meeting will be taken by the sponsor as part of the documentation process.

ONLINE SUBMISSION OF INITIAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicant prepares the soft copies of following documents and send it to his sponsor for pre-qualification.

  1. Accomplished Application Form with complete signatures

  2. Photocopy of the applicant's Valid ID

  3. Transcript of Records/Diploma ( can be submitted once available)

  4. NBI Clearance ( can be submitted once available )

UNIT MANAGER SCHEDULES A VIDEO INTERVIEW WITH THE APPLICANT

Upon the receipt of the initial requirements, an online interview with the Unit Manager/UM will be scheduled accordingly. This is to validate the application and the acceptance procedures. The latter documents the meeting by taking a photo as a proof of the applicant's screening process prior to joining the New Agents Webinar.


SUBMISSION OF ENDORSEMENT LETTER

Unit manager who conducted the interview prepares an endorsement letter and submits it to the team leader together with other requirements for final assessment. Once done, applicant will be endorsed for online orientation thru a webinar.


NEW AGENTS WEBINAR (NAW)

Confirmed applicants will be given a registration link where they will fill up their contact details prior to attending NAW. Schedule is announced 2-3 days in advance and will last for at least two hours. Applicants will be introduced to the company‘s system and procedure, mission and vision and government agencies' accreditation process.
